Bosun’s Rest is a delightful flint cottage tucked away down a quiet, private “loke” in the very heart of the unspoilt village of Blakeney, on the North Norfolk Coast.
An old fisherman’s cottage, it is a stone’s throw from the Quay, and has been lovingly renovated. The light airy rooms, wonderful log burning stove and crisp cotton sheets, all combine to create the perfect relaxing atmosphere with a touch of luxury.
Blakeney is located on the North Norfolk Coast, just North of the small market town of Holt. This part of the coastline has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the marshes and wide-open spaces around Blakeney make it a haven for migratory birds and wildlife.
Blakeney is popular with dinghy sailors, bird watchers and walkers, and you can get a real feel for the area by taking a trip to Blakeney Point to see the seals.
